Slinky springs to fame, Oberhausen

Great building. Slinky springs to fame. Pedestrain Reinforced concrete deck on steel columns. The elegant pedestrian bridge over the Rhine-Herne Canal is part of the project "EMSCHERKUNST.2010" combines the concept of the artist Tobias Rehberger, a colored band wrapped around a light, vibrating spiral, two existing parks.
